"Seat picking was frustrating"
I tried buying Clippers tickets on clippers.com and, the seat selection was kind of a headache. Seats would show up as available, but then when I clicked on them, they’d either disappear or throw some random error... which got old fast.

The map was also slow, and the prices kept changing while I was still trying to decide. So yeah, it was hard to tell what was actually still available versus what was already gone.

I did end up getting tickets, but not in the section I originally wanted. For the official site, I just expected the whole thing to be smoother, you know?

"Slow replies and a lot of wasted energy"
I reached out to customer service about an issue with my order, and it took days before I got an actual response. The first reply wasn’t even helpful, it felt like they barely read what I wrote. I had to keep explaining things, which just felt like wasted energy for something that should’ve been simple. It did get sorted out eventually, but the whole wait was really frustrating.

Setting up and managing the account was easy enough, I guess. I did run into a small login issue, which was a little annoying, but thankfully it got fixed quickly. So, credit where it’s due.

Buying the tickets wasn’t too hard, but of course the page decided to load super slowly right when I was trying to grab seats. Checkout felt a little clunky too, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I did get my seats in the end, but the timing of those slowdowns was annoying.

"Super easy game day experience"
Grabbing my tickets was really easy, and they came through quickly. I had no issues getting into the arena, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Made for a fun, stress-free night at the game.

I ordered my stuff it got here quicker than I thought it would. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and the box wasn’t all dented or beat up, which is always a relief, right? Super simple, no delivery drama or anything. I’d definitely order again, mainly because it arrived so fast

Got the tickets on my phone pretty much right away, which was nice. Didn’t have to print anything or mess with a bunch of random steps. Pulled them up at the gate and they scanned just fine.

and I used clippers.com to grab a promo deal on some merch. The discount definitely helped a little, but once shipping was added, a few things still felt kind of pricey. Checkout was easy enough, just nothing that really stood out. I’d probably use it again if they had a better sale going.

Ordered a couple things from clippers.com and yeah, everything in the box was exactly what I picked. No random wrong sizes or missing stuff, which I was kinda nervous about tbh. Shipping was okay, not crazy fast or anything but it got here fine. Only took a star off because the tracking updates were a little slowww. Overall, good experience.

"Wasn’t all that impressed"
The shirt looked nice online, so I was hoping it’d be decent, but when it showed up it felt kinda thin and cheap. I can’t say it didn’t disappoint me a little. After just one wash, the print already started cracking, so it definitely wasn’t nothing I’d get too excited about.

"Clippers tickets felt a bit overpriced"
I was looking at grabbing some Clippers tickets on Clippers, but the prices felt steep for what you’re getting. The site itself worked fine and was easy enough to use, but once the fees got added in, the total jumped up fast. Just didn’t really feel like a great value overall. Has anyone else run into the same thing with ticket prices there?

"Fit was good, which honestly surprised me"
I ordered a Clippers hoodie and a t-shirt from Clippers, and the sizing was actually pretty much right for me. I usually wear a large, and I was kind of expecting one of them to be weirdly tight or oversized, but I didn’t have to size up or down.
The hoodie is relaxed without feeling huge, and the t-shirt wasn’t pulling in the shoulders, which is usually where I notice problems first. I’ve washed them once and they still fit fine, so no complaints so far, though I’m still a little cautious about how they’ll hold up after more washes.
